Paper Making

For this project I have decided to try to make my own paper not only because I want to keep with the natural theme but because I think working onto my own paper will work well and look lovely in a sketch book.

 

To make paper you simple blend tissue paper and water in a blender until you get a very smooth, runny consistency. You then use a mesh tray to pick up some of the paper, mesh is used so the water runs through and the tissue stays on the surface, you then carefully turn the tray over onto a towel and wait to dry.

 

This technique was fairly easy and I love the outcome.
